About Wade Hunt Williams

“Faith, Family and Country” are the themes that resonate in Wade Hunt Williams Soulful Country music.

Williams’s mission is to move you to sing, dance, laugh, or even cry when you hear his music. Wade has come to the realization that the only real reason to be on this planet is to be good to each other and bring others to know God. That may sound corny and naïve but coming from someone like Williams, who has been through hell and lives to tell his story…it’s an epiphany.

Wade was a gypsy since birth it seems. He lived all over the southeast United States when growing up. Passed between divorced parents every other year. Texas, Tennessee, and even Florida were all called home even before his 14th birthday. Hearing classic George Jones from his Dad and the current radio rock hits while with his Mom truly shaped his duality of music styles.

He moved to Los Angeles when he was barley 18 and there began a whirlwind of triumphs, stumbles and addictions. Years he spent in the “City of Angels” only to finally question if the “angels” were from above…or below.

Wade came to know Jesus in 2008 in his Los Angles apartment during a life long struggle with drugs and alcohol. His conversion was intense and dramatic. He immediately began telling the world about this loving and powerful God he had found through his music and movies. And then in 2016 Williams' recent near-death experience with a ruptured brain aneurysm brought him even closer to God's path and amazing ways.

Just ask him, he'll tell you about the love that swept over his soul as he left his body and the miracles that happened that has him walking and talking today.

Here are some things others have said about him:

“As a musician/producer in Nashville, it's always a joy to work with people who really believe in what they are doing. Wade Williams is on the upside of that dynamic. His songs are thoughtful, crafted, and unique. Vocally, he is ever so convincing. it's nice to see someone care about what he is doing. Add to all of that, a hell of a nice, family guy, and you've got quite the package.”  - David Roe Rorick (Bass player for Johnny Cash, Dwight Yokum, Kris Kristofferson, John  Mellencamp)

“No telling where this guy will be in a year”  - Adam Gaynor  (Matchbox Twenty)

“ Wow! The power and passion of your voice is astounding” – Mathew West

“Powerful” – Gilby Clarke (Guns and Roses)

“Rockstar, Wade is the hardest working

musician I have ever known” – Jeff Abercrombie (Bass player for Fuel)
